Advisory, Support and Consultancy Services

Consultancy

Intervention sessions are recommended as being between 30- and 60-minutes on a once-a-week basis.

Edvocation® Services provide a range of programs focusing on social, emotional, mental health, and overall well-being, as well as mentoring in social skills and communication, to assist young individuals in enhancing their interpersonal relationships and interactions.

Each session is designed to incorporate a blend of evidence-based approaches, including mindfulness and creative cognitive behavioural therapy, suited to match the individual's profile. These approaches are designed to introduce various activities aimed at helping them confront and reframe automatic negative thoughts, to encourage fostering positive changes in their response behaviours.

The duration of intervention sessions, typically ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, is recommended on a weekly basis, with the specific timing determined by the individual's profile, taking into consideration factors like age and the specific challenges they are facing.

Intervention programmes are organised around baseline measures; our sessions can be arranged as one-to-one or small group with decisions made on a case by case basis.
