Individually costed, bespoke work and high needs provision developed around a young persons needs to support Inclusion in Practice.

Our Support Service provides parents and practitioners with customised assistance for navigating SEND processes and managing specific educational needs. This service is tailored to empower you through personalised guidance, document support, and meeting attendance, ensuring that you feel confident and informed in each step of the SEND journey.

What We Offer:

  • Personalised Case Review: Comprehensive review of your unique situation, including detailed feedback on provision maps and individual documents (up to two).
  • Document Preparation: Assistance with drafting essential documents, such as referrals to services like CAMHS and Early Help, requests to educational and healthcare services, and appeal applications for the SEND Tribunal.
  • Meeting Attendance: Representation at key meetings, such as annual reviews, to provide guidance and advocacy support.
  • SENCo Support: Dedicated assistance for SENCo professionals or those in training, offering specialised knowledge in SEND law and Learning Support.

How We Provide Support:

  • Flexible Consultation Options: Choose from face-to-face appointments, virtual meetings, or phone consultations for convenience.
  • Experienced Practitioner Led: A SEND Inclusion Associate Practitioner, trained in SEND Law and qualified as or with experience as a SENCo, leads each session.
  • Documented Actions: Receive a detailed record of advice, recommended actions, and responses tailored to your situation, ready for you to send.
  • Legal Reference: All responses are referenced to applicable laws, such as the Children and Families Act, 2014 and the Education Act, 1996.

Service Structure and Rates:

  • Initial Meeting: £70 (up to 45 minutes)
  • Follow-up Meetings: £100 per session (may include meeting time or time-tracked work on your case)
  • Additional Costs: Travel per mile, overnight stays, and Express Response for urgent needs.
