- Comprehensive Case Management: Ongoing guidance for handling complex SEND issues, from school exclusions to multi-agency involvement.
- Meeting Attendance: Representation at Independent Review Panels for school exclusions, multi-agency meetings, CAMHS, and Social Care sessions.
- Document Review and Preparation: Detailed review and feedback on multiple documents (three to five), including EHCP needs assessments, tribunal documentation, and reports.
- EHCP Submission and Appeals: Assistance with preparing and submitting EHCP Needs Assessments to Local Authorities, as well as applications for Higher Needs Funding.
- Legal and Compliance Support: Expert review and response to Local Authority decisions, ensuring compliance with key legislation (Children and Families Act, 2014; Education Act, 1996).
- Tribunal and Mediation Preparation: Comprehensive preparation for mediation, SEND Tribunals, and judicial reviews, with representation for various SEND appeals.
- DLA and PIP Applications: Guidance and support in Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and Personal Independence Payment (PIP) applications.
