How does it work?
Step 1: For assessments, download the relevant referral documents from below. Print them, fill them and scan them.

Step 2: Submit your assessment / appointment / meeting / consultancy request using our secure online form below.
Step 3: Look out via email for our reply with a booking appointment invitation link. *
*To get the best from our assessments please submit your completed documents to us prior to the date of your booking request. Please note we require a minimum of five working days to process documents submitted to us.
